SYNOPSIS
VADIM is a thirty year old man that suffers from obsessive compulsive behaviour and from intense nightmares. He works a monotonous job in a publishing company and lives a life of routine and stress. He is also very displeased and upset with the seemingly high rise of crimes against women in society. Things get worse as it becomes apparent that there is a serial killer roaming the streets that is targeting prostitutes.
Vadim has a breakdown, which results in him deciding to go out into the streets and be a hero by rescuing women that are in danger and need rescuing. His first real effort, although a success, ends up with him badly beaten up. He continues his nightly pursues with little success until he meets YEMANJA, a quick witted, extroverted woman who reveals to him that there is a secret, nocturnal world hidden in the city of London and who offers to help him become a better hero.
Vadim declines Yemanja’s offer of help and goes on with his life, working in a place he hates during the day and finding a release by venturing out into the night to help rescue women in need. And then he comes face to face with the killer and the fear paralyzes him, making him but a helpless witness to horror.
